Public Offer Agreement (Terms of Service)
This Public Offer Agreement ("Agreement," "Offer") is a legally binding agreement between the operator of AstraMind ("we," "us," "Service Provider") and any individual ("you," "User") who accesses or uses the AstraMind Service, including the website astramind.fun and any associated Telegram bots (including Luna Oracle AI).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of ServiceAstraMind provides AI-generated entertainment content, including but not limited to tarot card readings, astrology insights, dream interpretation, and personal reflection prompts, delivered through an automated chatbot interface on Telegram.

The Service is provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions made based on content from the Service are made at the User's own discretion and risk.

2. Age RestrictionThe Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Access and Payment 3.1 Pricing and Plans The Service may offer one-time queries and/or recurring subscription plans, with pricing displayed on our website or within the Bot at the time of purchase.
3.2 Payment Processing Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Tribute. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the applicable payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
3.3 Subscription RenewalIf you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date, through the payment provider's interface or by contacting us.
  • 4. Refund Policy Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of the Service, all sales are generally final once a response/reading has been generated.
  • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event of a technical error resulting in non-delivery of the purchased service, if submitted within [X] days of purchase.

5. User ConductYou agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Bot or underlying AI systems;
  • Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others;
  • Misrepresent your identity or age.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for Users who violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service and all content generated by it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading, prediction, or insight generated;
  • That any outcome, event, or result described will occur;
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
All AI-generated content should be treated as entertainment only.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstraMind and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or personal wellbeing, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll content, branding, logos, and materials associated with AstraMind, excluding AI-generated responses provided directly to you, remain the property of the Service Provider and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
9. Changes to This Agreement We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
